Currently, he serves as an Acquisitions and Development Administrator at The Martin Agency, where he applies his extensive knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit to drive successful real estate ventures.

Joe Ganino has been investing in commercial real estate for over 15 years. His experience as an investor coupled with his knowledge of current real estate markets gives him a strong advantage in the areas of purchasing, selling, and leasing. MIKE CAPASSO

Michael Capasso is a lifelong Stratford resident and has worked in Real Estate for the past 20 years. He worked for Caselli Real Estate for over six years and then owned his own real estate agency in Bridgeport for several years. A 1978 graduate of Sacred Heart University with a BS in accounting, Mike worked at several local businesses including Bridgeport machines, Costco productions efficiency bindery in cost accounting general accounting and income tax. Owning investment property since 1980 he began to work in real estate full-time in 1997.
At The Martin Agency, he specializes in rentals, multifamily, residential investment property and single-family homes. He is on the board of directors at the national helicopter Museum in Stratford located at the northbound train station. He lives in Stratford with his wife Gits and has three grown children.

Ana Maria has worked in the Real Estate Industry for 10 years, prior to working for The Martin Agency. Ana Maria is bilingual, born in Colombia. She has previously worked as an administrator for law firms and mortgage brokers. Ana Maria handles our day to day office administration. However, her main responsibility is property management.
